Patient presented with metal resin bonded bridge which she hated for many years since it made the adjacent teeth blue. We took off the bridge, placed the implant and placed a provisional to develop proper gum tissues. Case was finished with a zirconia abutment and a ceramic crown. The magic of immediacy! Patient fractures her lateral incisor and was told by her dentist that she would have to wear a flipper for at least 6 months until she gets her permanent tooth. Correcting initial treatment with lack of foresight and understanding patient's finances. Upper roundhouse Bridge connected decayed and compromised teeth for about a year until it broke. It provided no lip support as is evident by the crease in the upper lip when the patient smiled and you can see the bone resorption of the upper arch after the anterior teeth were extracted. In addition it contributed to the severe wear of the lower anterior teeth. Aside of extensive bone graft procedures, the only way to correct the deficit is with a proper denture flange. The shape of the lower anteriord was restored with an overlay removable partial denture. Upon patients request we recreated her smile from a photo taken 50 years prior.

34 Year old college professor presented with an implant number 8 which was placed 8 years prior and had been wearing a temporary since. Was told that in order for her teeth to look proper she needs to veneer top and bottom. Following a short course of aligner orthodontic movement to expand both arches and reposition the teeth properly in relation to a new provisional on implant number 8, The only restorative work that was done was a proper translucent zirconia screw retained Crown on implant number 8. Teeth were whitened using the aligners. Patient was ecstatic with the result and so were we. Minimal dentistry gun to achieve an amazing smile.
