Clinic Closure for Independence Day!
Dear Zuroff Orthodontic Care Friends and Families,
Last week Governor Inslee issues a proclamation to protect the supply chain for personal protective equipment required by Hospitals. One of the mandates of the proclamation was that all non-emergency (emergent) appointments for dentistry, orthodontics and endodontics that required PPE would be prohibited until May 18th, 2020. Violations of the mandate would be considered a criminal offense.
Unfortunately, this means that there will be no regularly scheduled appointments at our office until May 18th. We will still be able to see you for short emergency appointments like wire clips. If something breaks then we can remove the broken section of your appliance, but we will not be able to perform procedures that require the use of a high speed hand piece like recementing a bracket. So please be careful regarding your appliance. This does not means you shouldn’t call us if there is a problem. If there is an issue we want to hear from you!
If you are an Invisalign patient and are on your last set of aligners and they start to wear out we will provide replacement aligners. Please call if you have need for a replacement.
All of us at Zuroff Orthodontic Care and our families are going to follow all of the current recommendations regarding how to reduce the effect of the virus. So for now we will all “Stay Home. Stay Healthy.”
Victoria will be answering the office phone from 10am-12pm Tuesday-Friday at 509-735-7772. We encourage you to leave a detailed voicemail at any time. You can also email her at treatment@zurofforthodontics.com. Or, in the case of an orthodontic emergency you can call the emergency phone at 509-591-1739.

At this time our office is scheduling appointments after May 18th, 2020. We are working to reschedule existing appointments that had to be cancelled. We need your help in this matter to make sure that no one is overlooked. If your appointment has not been rescheduled for some time after May 18 then contact us via phone or e-mail to make a new appointment. Hopefully we will all be able to get back to our regular schedule by then!
