How often do you truly “unplug”? You know, put your phone away (no, your pocket doesn’t count), disconnect from work and the outside world, and experience true presence? Most of our lives (and livelihoods) are dictated by our phones and constant connection to media, news, email, and a never-ending stream of information. How often do you truly unplug? 📲
You might be thinking “nice try- my job, family, and life depend on my ability to be available and plugged in so I can’t just disconnect from what’s going on around me!”
And hey- you might be right, it might not be possible for you to 100% unplug. But are you willing to explore some options that are close?
The benefits of unplugging are big and not doing so can have a significant impact on both your mental and physical health. Staying “on” 24/7 can burn you out, create mental fatigue, negatively impact your relationships, cause significant health problems – the list goes on. It’s important to practice presence and to look inward once in a while, which are typically pretty hard when you’re staring at a screen.
How can you unplug when it’s such a huge part of your life, you ask? Here are some easy, simple ways that can make a bigger impact than you might expect ~
-Commit to leaving your phone in the other room during dinnertime.
-Switch your phone to ‘do not disturb’ mode after a certain time each night.
-Leave your phone in your purse or backpack when you’re out and about and need some time to spend by yourself or with others.
-Keep your phone in the car when you’re at an event with family or friends.
-Take a family trip to a place that doesn’t have cell service (camping, for instance).
-Intentionally tell your coworkers that you are not available after a certain time each night.
👉Here’s our challenge to you – try one of these tips this weekend, even if it’s just for an hour, and truly reflect on how it felt to let go for a little while. You might be surprised by the difference that it makes!

You can hardly argue that ending an animal’s life (viable heartbeat, bleeds profusely & begs for its life) is comparable to ending a plants life, what a silly, elementary argument... As soon as you point out how unhealthy dead animal flesh is to the meat eater, they suddenly become plant life advocates and this is the argument they raise ... if you didn’t give a damn about killing an animal, do you expect me to believe you care about plants or nature at all?

Explanation of bowel dis-eases and what they actually are
First let's remind ourselves that there are only two sides of chemistry – acids or base. Our body is made out of approximately 100 trillion cells and 2 fluids in the body that go between them. Those 2 fluids are our blood system and our lymphatic system. The blood system is here to feed our cells and lymphatic system is our sewer system and takes out our cells poop. Just like we eat and poop, so do our cells. These poops or should I say lymphatic waste is then carried to our lymph nodes by our lymphatic vessels. In the lymph nodes those wastes are broken down and then it goes to the final elimination phase where the lymph filters out through the kidneys and/or the skin if the kidneys are weak or overloaded.
Crohn's diseases or ulcerative colitis or IBS are just labels for heavy acids and lymphatic stagnation in the bowel walls. The acids and toxins there are burning the bowel walls causing ulcerations and inflammation, then our bowels start producing mucus also to protect itself from the inflammation and with time it starts plaqueing on our bowel walls which long term causes malabsorption as well.
The goal to reversing this conditions are changing our body's chemistry with alkaline forming foods and getting on a detoxification and regeneration process. Supporting and opening our main elimination channels – kidneys, skin, bowels and lungs. When we start opening them up, when we change our chemistry with a proper diet, breathing, exercise and mindset, these conditions start to go away. There's no way around it, if you give the body what it needs, help and support it properly, and it will do what it was always doing FOR us, and that is, keeping us healthy as much as it can.
The first thing you want to do which people don't understand is that first you need to REMOVE things that you've been consuming and doing till now, because it obviously isn't working out for you. So first is the removing part, THEN it is the adding in new healthier stuff. Because it is more important what you eliminate first from all those years which accumulated into these so called labels of conditions.
We need to remove first the acid ash foods which are the meats, dairy and dairy products, eggs, grains, processed foods and refined sugar, you definitely don't want them on your inflamed bowels .. or ever. You need to understand that you don't have an „autoimmune issue“ it is the acid stagnation and you need to remove and clean the bowels from all the plaqued and accumulated acids, toxins and mucus by creating the right environment and chemistry with the things you eat, drink, breathe and put on your skin.
Have you ever seen a person who eats mainly fruits and veggies who got those labels or problems? Of course not. They're on the right side of the chemistry and they not only feed the body nature's foods, they are also easy and simple to digest which gives the body a lot more time to self regulate itself and give us great health.
So incorporate more fruits, veggies, fruit and veggie juices and smoothies into your life and see your life and health transforming, and see your body doing what it needs to clean you out and bring you back to vibrant health. It is not a quick fix, this is going to the root causes, it takes time, it's not easy, but it is WORTH it, because YOU are worth it!
I had those labels for 10 years, and suffered and was in pain a lot. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, and now for 2 years already, since I got into this journey with detoxification and changing my life in every single way , I finally feel free and happy and healthy from all of those shackles I put myself in with what I was doing to myself. If I can do it, so can you!
To reverse and regenerate your tissues you need to get on this journey and lifestyle and hydrate and alkalize your body. When the body starts to eliminate all of these acids, toxins and mucus it will start regenerating all of the damage causes by years and years of an unhealthy lifestyle and habits and emotions. While you are incorporating more and more of those type of foods, you can also work your way up to 16 hour intermittent fasting daily to quicken up the regeneration process and allow the body to get even more energy and time to regenerate itself.
