Former college linebacker and cowboy mounted shooter Greg Stanke died by suicide two years ago today at age 48. Stanke was later diagnosed with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). Every day, approximately 123 Americans die by suicide. Evidence shows that simple steps such as talking about suicide and following up with loved ones can help save lives.
