A-Z Women's Center is a private gynecology practice in Las Vegas, NV. Since our inception over 15 years ago, we have provided gynecological and abortion services by a board-certified OB/GYN. We offer supportive and safe abortion services to those who are considering or have chosen to terminate an unwanted pregnancy.

We provide abortion services in our office up to 18.6 weeks into the pregnancy. Each person is given an ultrasound to confirm and estimate the gestational age of the pregnancy. Every other office in Las Vegas does abortion procedures after 12 weeks in either two or three days. For your convenience, all of our procedures are performed in one day.
