COVID-19 CURBSIDE PROTOCOL
To protect our ABC family including our clients and our staff we have revised our curbside protocol.
· Upon arrival to our hospital please remain in your vehicle and call us.
· When we approach your vehicle please step out of your car with your pet on a leash and extend your arm completely out towards the staff member assisting you. Our staff member will extend their arm out to retrieve your pet. This ensures that we are following social distancing protocol.
· If your pet is in a carrier, please retrieve the carrier from your car and place it on the ground and then step back. Our staff member will step forward and pick up your pet.
· When we come out to give your pet back to you, please do the same as above.
