It’s that time of year again when stores are overflowing with heart-shaped chocolate boxes, and while we are all celebrating love, remember to love your heart. February is American Heart Month – a time to focus on the importance of heart health and lowering your risks of heart disease.
Absolute Home Health & Hospice cares for many patients with chronic heart conditions and we are experienced in helping these patients live full and happy lives with even the most advanced heart disease. While receiving the vaccines residents and staff enjoyed snacks provided by Absolute Home Health and Hospice.
