Dr. Homa is Certified in Internal Medicine and a geriatrician.
Dr. Kanev is Certified in Family Practice and a geriatrician.
Deyan Ortwig has a doctorate degree as a nurse practitioner and specializes in Geriatrics and is certified in Family Practice.
We provide personalized healthcare to all of our patients. We provide concierge-style care at fee for service prices. All appointments are ½ hour. We pledge to prevent long lines in the waiting room, quick responses to inquiries about your healthcare problems, and an overall compassionate approach to our patients.
The services we provide include office visits, home visits, expert nursing home visits, and post-acute rehab visits. We choose to be independent and attempt to take all insurances (please check with the office at 847-222-9901). We serve you, not your insurance company or the dictates of any hospital or healthcare facility.
