How am I spending my new year morning? Recovering from the night before? Nope, no need for that here, it's the same as every other morning... Heading to the office to get this paperwork done. As they say the early bird gets the worm! Lol! Starting 2021 the same way I do every year, sitting at this desk at 3am closing out last year and preparing my projections for the new year. I just want to say thank you to all of the guys and gals in the Air Tropics family for all of your hard work in 2020. Thanks to you we are one of the few small businesses who actually flourished and broke records through this pandemic, and when you add all of the other personal losses we all had to deal with this year to the mix it's a true testament to each and every one your characters with the way you've handled it. I know I can be very anal sometimes and I have a very old school and non conventional way of doing things and how we go about things and I just want to say thank you all for buying in. I mean I insist each and every customer be treated like a member of our family and I appreciate the way all of you do just that. As you have seen I'm not about to take my foot off the gas either....at a time of year when our competitors are laying people off and we continue to add very valuable people to our staff 😁 The one thing I can promise you is I won't let you down!
