“Our experience with The Carpet Store was outstanding. We were given excellent advice in picking the appropriate commercial grade carpet and pad for our needs and within our budget. The measuring went smooth and professional. The day before the installation, the lead installer stopped by to check out the space. The day of the install, Jorge and his crew arrived on time. They carefully removed the old carpet, pad, tack strips and baseboards, keeping the dust to a minimum (very important since we are a clothing store). They also removed wood laminate from our dressing rooms. The concrete floor was thoroughly scraped and vacuumed before they began installing the new carpet and pad. Once the new carpet was installed, it was vacuumed again. Due to the fact that our store was fully stocked at the time of the install, we had placed all of our racks and merchandise on one side of the store while they carpeted on the other side. Once the first side of the store was completed, all of those racks and merchandise needed to be moved to the other side. The crew even pitched in and helped us move racks! I am so very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff we interacted with. The installers worked together like a well-oiled machine. Our store was left as clean as it was when they arrived and there were no marks left on our freshly painted walls. Obviously, we would highly recommend.”
