This is the best HVAC company in Knoxville. Jeffrey is very professional and knows what he's doing. Two different jobs he was able to quickly identify the issues and fix them. Even came on a Saturday evening to fix an issue I had called about that same day. Never calling another company again.
For the month of October, we will be donating $100 to breast cancer awareness for each installation we do.

A little after the fact, but we're proud our guys are exercising their civic duties.
You can't live in Tennessee and not know about the Vols. We decided we needed shirts for game days.
Plus we use flat-rate pricing, so what you're quoted is all you pay.

"We used Aire Serve of Knoxville beginning with yearly maintenance checks then to service crawl space dehumidifier. I can’t rave enough about their knowledge and service. A few weeks ago, Jeff, their extremely knowledgeable technician came for annual review. He found some issues that needed repair with furnace, then checked our carbon monoxide levels which turned out to be dangerous. (We had been suffering from headaches, didn’t know why). Jordan came out right away (had to turn furnace off -it’s Jan), we selected a furnace and they installed furnace/air unit the next day! We didn’t know they also install tankless water heaters, so we requested that as well. Which they installed a week later working all day. From their sales rep Jordan to all the technicians and installers Jeff,John, Macon, Jason, Jackson and the receptionist Connie were so kind, respectful and patient. They worked 10-12 hours solid to complete our installs. We have been homeowners in five states over a 38 year period and have never had such a good experience. I can’t recommend this company enough!"

"I haven't had the opportunity to comment on my experience with Aire Serv until now. Simply put I would highly recommend this company and the services they provide. My wife and I recently moved into our house and there was zero desire to p purchase an AC unit. Aire Serv gave us options: fix the existing issue or purchasing a new one. They did not pressure us to get a new one. Simply laid out possible choices. The people in their office were professional, even fun to have conversations. Jared came to our house sat with us and continued the professionalism. Didn't want to get a new AC, but happy we did and used Aire Serv. Lastly, I'm pretty quick to criticize and raise heck with companies. Didn't find it with Aire Serv."
