Activities:
Distribute plans, bid requests, color selections and PO’s to subcontractors as needed.
Communicate changes to CM, subcontractors and suppliers in a timely manner throughout construction.
Order temporary Water and Electric Meter
Code invoices
Maintain Lien Waiver files per job
Maintain vendor files
-Verify expiration dates and notify vendors
-Sent out and track new vendor information
Full-time. Starting at 35k.
