Home & Insurance Inspections.
As with all Florida Home Inspectors we are state licensed and insured. Some of us belong to different professional organizations and it would be hard for the average consumer to tell the difference between those groups. What counts is, good inspectors belong to one of these associations as I do.
What set's us apart is our education, training, experience, and an intrinsic sense of customer service.
Home Inspections
All Florida Licensed home inspectors must follow a set of guidelines mandated by the State, there are things we all will and will not inspect. The inspection is a visual inspection by design and by (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures, we have to follow those guidelines to the minimum, required by law. Insurance Inspections
As homes get older insurance companies want information about the condition of certain systems in the home. Age of roof, age of the heating system, is the electrical system safe and up to date are the water pipes leaking. Are the walls cracking and the porch sagging. When have updates been done to keep the home in a condition that companies want to risk insuring.
