Mission Accomplished! ☑️ Congratulations to Shana Berry from the Radiology department for being recognized as Mission Accomplished! •• Shana received a compliment from a recent patient: “I honestly do not have any complaints of my stay. When I was in the Emergency Room before being admitted into the hospital, the young lady doing my CT scan was excellent. I let her know that I am always nervous when getting this done. She reassured me everything was going to be okay. I am extremely claustrophobic and she made sure that I was comfortable and at ease. She talked to me which made me relax during the scan. That was the best CT scan I’ve ever received. Thank you, Shana Berry, you are the BEST!” •• The administration team celebrates accomplishments of Care Team Members by visiting their department and presenting a certificate to the recipient for “Mission Accomplished”. •• #missionaccomplished #congratulations
