The proudest moment in Ashleigh's career has been seeing the changes in a patient's dental health from moderate periodontal disease to stable dental health. She thinks hygiene is more than just takin care of teeth, it is all about the entire mouth and body connection. When she explains to patients that the same build up on their teeth is the same as what surrounds their heart always changes their outlook on dental hygiene. She loves to help her patients overall health by connecting the mouth to the body. In college, she was the dental hygiene class president and enjoyed the responsibility that made the program more fun for her entire class.
