Avenues by Porter Hills is a membership program available to anyone age 50+ who lives independently and is reasonably healthy. For the cost of a one-time membership fee and an affordable monthly fee, Avenues provides a lifetime of care—in your own home, not an institutional nursing or assisted living community.
