We are currently looking for a full time Veterinary Front Desk Receptionist. Must be able to work weekends and have at least 1 year of experience in this field.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Ability to answer multi line phone system
- Scheduling appointments
- Sending records/referrals
- Ability to count change and use credit card processor
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and appropriately answering questions about their pets
- Knowledge of vaccines and preventatives
- Experience with Cornerstone is preferred but not required

Many of us feed our pets some of the food we serve on Thanksgiving, which some staff members are guilty of too! Hopefully this will help in giving them things that will not cause any harm! We hope everyone has a great day and we will see you Friday!

With COVID numbers rising we are taking extra precautions for your and our staff's safety. Please remain to work with us through these difficult times!
- We are still operating as strictly curb side only!
- Please wear a mask when our staff members meet with you to bring your pet inside our office.
- We are no longer having any face to face contact, unless absolutely necessary.
- Please try to park in our numbered curb side check in spots (we have 5 designated spaces).
- Make sure the cell phone number you provide us is turned on so we can communicate with you while your pet is here.
- Please avoid coming here if anyone in your household is sick. We are trying our best to be here for your pets and remain healthy!
