Earlier this week, the preschoolers used a variety of small blocks and mirrors to build with. As they moved the mirrors around, examined structures in mirrors, and considered their buildings from new angles, they explored concepts of light, reflection and reflective symmetry. When children use objects in new ways, they are developing the ability to creatively innovate - an important 21st century skill! #STEM
