Congratulations to our September Everyday Hero Theresa Shirley. She has been with us for two years and eight months as a CNA and Med-tech. With her hard work and dedication to the residents and staff, we are very pleased to announce Theresa has been promoted and is now the new resident care coordinator.
Our resident, Mr.Raymond, got a special visit today from one of our previous residents, Mrs. Joanna. When Mr. Raymond first moved in they became instant friends. When she moved out in March, they promised to keep in touch. Today was the first time seeing each other face-to-face and under their masks was nothing but smiles!!

While this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s events will be different, they continue to be deeply meaningful. They continue to help raise awareness about the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. They continue to help raise funds that make a difference in the lives of those facing Alzheimer’s. We had such a great time bringing fall indoors by making falling leaves luminaries to decorate the room!!
