We love it when our residents and family members refer their friends to be part of our community. What an amazing way to express their love of the community by having their friends become their neighbors! Yesterday was the start of our outside family visits, and we are so excited! Our Executive Director Josh was escorting Miss Betty to our first family visit of the day. Although we are still maintaining social distancing, it's great to have face-to-face visits. If you want to come to see your family, please call our community and schedule a visit soon. Our lovely Barbara Celebrated her 85th birthday on Monday. We celebrated with some cake and balloons. The residents joined us in singing her happy birthday. It was a wonderful celebration. Please show her how special she is by leaving some birthday wishes below for her to see.

Efforts towards COVID-19 prevention have become part of our daily lives, and we are so pleased to share that our Brookdale residents and associates are among the first group to have access to a COVID-19 vaccine. We are partnering with CVS Health through the federal government’s Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program and will be having our first vaccine clinic on January 25th at 10am for community residents and associates who are interested in receiving the vaccine. Together, we can take action to prevent COVID-19. #BrookdaleHope
