While this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s events will be different, they continue to be deeply meaningful. They continue to help raise awareness about the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. They continue to help raise funds that make a difference in the lives of those facing Alzheimer’s. Brookdale Senior Living Inc. continues to be one of the largest corporate supporters of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Brookdale Pearland invites you to our Blood Drive hosted by Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center here at our community on Tuesday, November 24th from 10 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Throughout the years they have heavily relied on high schools for blood donations, but because of Covid-19 that has drastically affected their donations since most schools have switched to online learning. Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center has had to explore new avenues to reach their blood donation numbers in order to continue saving lives. We are honored to have this opportunity to help others in need.
