About

My studio is my classroom. A proper learning environment is important to make sure that you, the student, have every opportunity to learn without distraction. You will be able to learn not only the correct form and technique, but the how and why of exercise selection. With a limited amount of space, it was critical that I choose equipment that is highly efficient for a multitude of tasks. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised at the number of activities we can do with the space we have. Because the setting is private, the operational costs per student are higher than at a larger gym. The end result, however, is a learning experience where the focus is completely on you. You will never have to wait for a piece of equipment to become available. You will never have to wonder if your trainer is going to be on time, or even show up.
