Located in Apple Valley, MN, we are a group fitness center and personal training gym offering Boot Camp, Kettlebell, Weight Lifting, Yoga, HIIT, Tabata and more! We specialize in meeting members where they are at, regardless of experience or fitness level. Every class is designed to be a full-body workout so you don't have to worry about which specific days you are training which specific muscles. We train them all in every class.
