We are open, and we are here to help.
Cambridge Biotherapies is open for ketamine and TMS treatment throughout the coronavirus crisis. We are seeing our existing patients, and accepting new ones as well.
The nurses and technicians are adhering to hospital-grade sanitary procedures, and our administrative staff is working remotely as possible. Our waiting room system has been revised for optimal social distancing, and disinfecting procedures are being enacted on all "frequent touch" surfaces.
If you are a new or current patient, please be prepared to register for a digital Patient Portal profile to complete necessary consent and assessment forms. Note that we will not be able to offer our shared weighted blankets nor noise-cancelling headphones at this time. You are welcome to bring your own.
You will be able to reach us as usual by phone or email during regular office hours. We know this time is challenging - our intention is to remain open and helping people. As a medical facility, we are deemed "essential services", and we will be here.
