John has been the supervisor and head of our amazing maintenance team here at Camden Bay for over 3 yrs, while his overall tenure with the Camden family exceeds 10 yrs strong!! Being honored as the 2018 and 2019 Maintenance Mania Champion is no surprise to anyone who has had the pleasure of working with, or being assisted by John.
John has grown up here in Tampa area his whole life, and when he isn't here knocking out service requests he loves to spend most his time with his 5 yr old daughter Vella, and traveling to new destinations as much as possible. Fun fact about John, he has an extensive rare old coin collection and he is always looking for new finds to add to his collection!

Some fun facts about Gabriel: He plays on a softball team once a week and dislikes mayonnaise. If you see Gabriel out and about on the property, be sure to say hello!

Hi Everyone!
My name is Ollie the Otter.
I just moved into the front pond at Camden Bay recently with my mom and my twin sibling. Being new around here, I got a little lost earlier today and found myself in a storm drain. I was really scared and cried for help for quite some time.
Thankfully a few of my amazing new human neighbors heard my cries and called the leasing office. They all waited with me until my mom finally heard my cries and rushed to come get me.
I just wanted to say thank you for being such great neighbors!
Now that I am reunited with my family, I am settling into my new pond and I am looking forward to sharing this beautiful community with you all!

3 playful Otters having a cuddle party at the front pond!
I am continuously in awe of the beauty of our community and the wildlife that we share it with. How lucky are we!?
Camden Bay...
We just couldn't keep this secret to ourselves!
We discovered a Mini Donut & Icecream Shop called "Van Dough" located roughly 17 minutes away from Camden Bay- in Clearwater. (Worth every minute)
The name alone is adorable, but the donuts are even more adorable.
The best part? They are baked to order! When you arrive, they bake them for you on-sight so they are always fresh and delicious.
Yummm, we definitely approve!
