Thank you so much for everyone who participated in our previous resident event. We will be having a dual resident event for the month of October in the spirits of Halloween starting TODAY!!! The first event will be a pumpkin carving contest and the second will be a Halloween themed patio decorating contest. Both events will last until the end of the month and winners will be picked on 11/1/2020 and you are more than welcomed to enter both resident events. In order to participate we will need you to go like our Facebook page and like the post to be entered in the event. Valencia at Westchase and Frontier present: Virtual BINGO!
Here is how it works:
· Email Carol.Unger@crossmark.com to request a BINGO card and place BINGO – Valencia at Westchase in the subject line.
· Game is open to all residents but only one BINGO card per email address.
· You must follow Valencia at Westchase on Facebook or Instagram to win.
· Carol will then email you a BINGO card. (print it out if possible, if you will like the office to print it out for you, please contact us)
· Randomly each day Carol will call a BINGO number and email it to you. The bingo number will also be posted on our social media pages.
· Once you have BINGO reply to the email with a picture of the winning card. Email Carol ASAP because she will use the timestamp of the email if there is more than one winner.
· Whoever gets BINGO will win a prize!

The game will start on Tuesday, February 2, 2021.

To celebrate all of our new furry friends, we are once again celebrating Pet of the Month!
All you need to do to enter is send a picture and some basic info about your pets to westchase@venterraliving.com or comment down below.
