What a beautiful first week of November we are going to have!
Here at the office we are definitely looking forward to the upcoming days being in the 60's and 70's.
Maybe some of you will be getting that final yardwork done or participating in outdoor activities such as hiking or biking!
We want to encourage you to stretch before any strenuous activities. When the weather changes back and forth it can cause pain to the joints.
Seasonal headaches can occur as well.

"I have had issues with my neck since I had an injury when I was 19. I was in pain for years until someone finally convinced me to go. Caraotta was the most recommended place to me. After a few visits, I was already feeling so much better. I wish I could say I stick to my routine visits but I always wait until I’m in pain again to go back...and every time they fix me right back up!
