Charter Senior Living of Poplar Creek is hosting our first annual wreath auction! We are so excited to be able to contribute to such an amazing charity that helps seniors to fulfill their dreams! Age does not erase hopes and dreams and this foundation helps them come true!
Bidding will be done right here on this Facebook page and will begin right now and go through Monday December 21st! Just comment below on the wreath you want, with the $$ amount.
On the 21st at 5pm(cst) we will have a live “Last Call” bid and announce the winners! Winners will be able to pick up their wreaths at our building in Hoffman Estates when you bring your donation for Second Wind Dreams Charity.
