Kitty Bitty is an indoor outdoor cat who came in to have some mats removed. Now, while the weather is still mild, is the perfect time to get ahead of problem areas in your cat’s coat. Whether they need a bath and brush out, or a full shave down, I can help!
Cat services are not available for online booking, but I am happy to get you on the schedule if you call! Ask for Lora, and please be sure that your cat is up to date on vaccinations and flea preventatives! If you’re having problems with fleas, we recommend you speak to your vet first as they’re your best bet for safe and effective treatment! Once you’ve got that sorted, we can help with coat care.

A member of our bathing team has been directly exposed to Covid19. We are all going to get tested tomorrow and hope to have results back by Wednesday morning. We will be closed Tuesday to ensure that no one else becomes exposed.
We have been vigilant about wearing masks and washing hands, as well as keeping our distance during drop off and pick up as much as possible. Unfortunately the bathing and drying rooms are pretty close quarters so the only way to keep everyone safe who works in those rooms is to test regularly in addition to the other precautions.
We will let you know the results as soon as we have them. The employee who was exposed was not directly in contact with clients and we have no reason to believe anyone is ill at this time.

The Chattagroomer Crew is getting a brand new member next April... we are so excited to announce that Emily is expecting!
Effective January 1st she will be taking appointments for small dogs only (under 20 pounds.) She will likely take time off from grooming beginning in February, but don’t worry, she’ll still be here at the shop running the show for as long as she can!
To her regular clients, she will be doing all that she can to ensure that your transition to one of our other talented groomers goes smoothly and that everyone, human and canine, is happy with the switch.

We are now more than fourteen days past the moment when I and one of my staff members tested positive for Covid 19. Neither of us ever developed symptoms, thankfully, and none of the other staff members have become ill and have all received negative test results during the time we’ve been closed.
Now that we are in the clear to resume booking appointments, please be on the lookout for a phone call or text as we work to get caught up. We will be rebooking those appointments that were cancelled in the order they were originally scheduled.
When you come into the shop, please do wear your masks and as much as possible, maintain the six feet distance that is marked off inside the lobby! We are doing our very best to keep everyone safe!
Requests for new appointments will be addressed in the order they are received. If you call and get voicemail, please do leave a message! And please be patient with us as we work to take care of Chattanooga’s cutest pets!

Dear clients, we are open but we’re booked a few weeks out. If you like to have your pet in every few weeks, it’s a good idea to schedule standing appointments!
A reminder: MASKS ARE MANDATORY. You may not enter the building without one. Your mask must cover your nose and mouth and you may not remove it to speak.
There are medical exceptions to the mask requirement, and if that applies to you, we will come outside to speak to you. Do NOT enter the building.

Folks, we are so grateful for your support over the last year. It hasn’t been easy to navigate the challenges of keeping everyone safe and keeping all the pets cute and comfortable!
Thanks to your loyalty, we are now booked through the end of March. We do have a cancellation list so if your pet needs to get in urgently, let us know and we can call you if a spot opens up. If you like to have your pet in every few weeks, it’s a good idea to set up standing appointments so you won’t have to wait!
I do have some spots for dogs who only need a bath and nail trim, so definitely call us if that’s all you need!

Meet Hayley💕 She is a 12-year-old Shihtzu Tzu/Maltipoo mix girl who’s owner recently passed away. She was in need of some serious TLC and our good friends at Chattagroomer went above and beyond to help Hayley out. Regular grooming is extremely important for small breeds like Hayley to keep them healthy, happy, and comfortable, which is why we’re so thankful for their help. Now that Hayley is all cleaned up and feeling much more like herself, she’s ready for her senior exam and to find a new forever home to live out her golden years!
As most of you know, Chattagroomer is a family business, and our family is growing! Emily and Skyler will be welcoming their little one in a few weeks!
