Past, Present and Future! We want to thank you for your continued support of Cherry Creek Wellness Center as we all have been navigating such an uncertain time in our lives.
Our primary goal is and always will be the safety of our patients and staff as we work towards goals and improving your function.
We are adapting to the regulations from our state and local governments regarding community safety and will continue to protect you as much as we want to protect us.
We are open for business to see patients that require in person treatment. We also are continuing to do telehealth visits for those individuals who are unable to come in, are too high of risk to be seen in clinic, or are wanting to review exercises, work stations, or other daily activities that require you being in your home environment.
We continue to maintain social distancing in our waiting rooms and patients are treated in individual rooms or maintain social distancing when in the gym. We continue to clean all surfaces and areas where patients and providers are working in between all patients.
In light of new updates to policies and city/state orders, we have added a few more measures to ensure patient and provider/employee safety and health.
1) All patients and providers MUST be wearing a mask upon entering any of our facilities and throughout treatment. If you do not have a face covering, we have a limited supply of donated masks, but will not be able to supply all patients a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will require you to reschedule until you are able to obtain a mask. Masks can be simple face coverings, such as bandannas or scarfs, etc. They do not have to be fancy.
2) All patients and providers will have their temperature taken prior to appointment time. If your temperature is above 100.5 degrees F you will be sent home and asked to reschedule once your temperature has returned to normal.
3) If you have knowingly been exposed to someone with a positive COVID-19 test, please self-quarantine for 14 days and do not come into the office. However, this would be a wonderful opportunity for a telehealth visit.
4) If you are experiencing a cough, fever, shortness of breath or sore throat, please refrain from coming into the clinic until your symptoms have cleared. Again, we can easily do a telehealth visit if you are able.
We look forward to continuing to help you through any pains and discomfort that are keeping you at your best. If you or a family member is experiencing pain due to a change in activity, poor workstation set up at home, including kids not being in school and having increased complaints of pain, please give us a call. We would love to do a telehealth consult and treatment or have you come in for treatment if needed.

To Our Wonderful Patients and Supporters,
We have waited to update you to see how the weekend unfolded. At this time, we are going to continue to stay open. We know for all of us, this is a challenging and difficult time as we navigate the Covid-19 pandemic. We want you to know that the health of our patients and employees are of utmost importance. We are taking extra protective steps to keep you all and our staff healthy. We also know pain cannot always take a break due to a virus and want to ensure you all we will continue to be present for you as long as we are able.
We are following CDC guidelines and our clinics are not large group settings. The CDC recommends to not be anywhere with greater than 50 people. We practice social distancing by treating patients in our individual offices and use the gym within safe distances of others. We will have hand sanitizer and a hand washing station for all patients before, during and after treatment. We continue to use CDC approved cleansing products between each patient on all patient contact surfaces including mat tables, chairs, doors, counters, pens and equipment.
We continue to monitor employees and encourage anyone who is not feeling well, has a cough or fever to please stay home. During this difficult time, we will waive any cancel fee due to illness or concern, but please remember our usual policy and courtesy is to give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Please reach out to your provider or any staff members if you have any questions or concerns.
A few things to remember: We are here for you as we always have been and your treatment and health are the most important aspect; if you have limitations due to children being home – you may bring them as long as they are not sick or have been exposed. Bring something for them to do as we have removed community coloring books, etc for now. Make sure to wash their hands when you come in as well.
