Good morning all....i want to apologize to those waiting for callbacks from me. I have been having some minor personal health issues related to my blood pressure and it has left me utterly exhausted. I am doing my best to triage and delegate to get calls back in a timely fashion, but it has been very difficult given our case load lately. Good Morning I was hopeful that I wouldn't need to make a post like this, but in light of recent issues I am asking everyone to remember to please be nice. Everyone in the country is stressed over the current state of affairs in this country and the economic and social strain we are all under. We are doing our best to manage each and every patient as efficiently as possible. We have had to put protocols in place in an attempt to keep our staff safe in these new times. Phone calls may take extra time to be returned as we are overbooked in appointments and my staff is literally running their butts off trying to take care of everyone. While I understand that EVERYONE is stressed at this time, I WILL NOT TOLERATE abuse (physical or verbal) to my staff. Any actions that I deem as abuse to myself or my staff will result in immediate dismissal of the client from our facility. Please remember that we are all tired. We all have families we are worried about and are making huge life decisions with partial information and very little sleep. Let's all be nice to each other and try to pull together during these difficult times rather than becoming argumentative and difficult. I truly hope everyone has a blessed and peaceful day. Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day!! Two announcements for everyone: #1: I am extremely behind on phone calls and am trying my best to get each returned as soon as possible...please bear with me #2: We have made the decision to go back to curbside appointments. Please know, we are doing this out of an abundance of caution due to rising cases and the advise of our local veterinary medical associations...we wanted to try to stay seeing appointments with the owners, but recent situations have made that problematic....we will alert everyone when we are able to go back to in person care. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience and I hope everyone can appreciate why this is necessary. Stay safe and have a great day!!
Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers for my daughter...the surgery went great and she is home resting and recovering....I am truly thankful for all of the thoughts
Thank you all for the well wishes and prayers....those that know me understand how important prayer is to me....my oldest daughter was admitted to childrens last night for acute appendicitis and will have surgery today.....obviously my schedule is in a bit of flux as we wit to see when she will head to surgery and what her recovery will be like....I continue to thank God for the blessing we take for granted in this city...the blessing that is the people of Chilren's Hospital....what compassionate and caring professional we are graced with here!! Good morning all...just a quick note that my personal availability will be very decreased over the next few days....i am currently attending a continuing education course on rehabilitation. ..this is a relatively intensive course that demands all my attention....my staff will be available to answer all your questions and I will try to catch up on phone calls during this time, but please be patient as we try to advance our knowledge of a treatment that i believe will help a significant number of animals....i hope you all have a blessed day

Good afternoon....BIG announcement today!! Starting February 2nd, we would like to welcome Dr. Vanessa Chisler as part of our family!! She will allow us to better serve our clients and our community with general veterinary care for cats and dogs. Please help us welcome Dr. Chisler into our little group.
We are here and open as usual....please be careful if goimg out today....the road crews did an excellent job, but there are still a few slick spots out there....hope everyone stays safe and has a great day
Be careful out today since winter seems to be hitting us hard....also, if you have an appt tomorrow I plan on coming in, but we will see what plans mother nature has for us....if it isn't safe for travel, we will do our best to inform everyone asap of any change in plans
