Dear Valued Clients,
We are in an incredibly challenging time. The situation is rapidly changing and calls for unprecedented steps to help mitigate the situation.
We are very mindful of the need to “flatten the curve” by limiting unnecessary contact among people in our community. Social distancing is an important tool that we can all use to slow the spread of this disease. We will make every effort to continue offering all services and maintaining our normally scheduled 30-minute appointments however, to help facilitate social distance, we will be operating on a primarily drop-off basis.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time and park in our parking lot. PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR AND CALL US TO TELL US YOU HAVE ARRIVED. A veterinary technician or doctor will then meet you at your car to help unload your pet to bring him/her inside.
ALL DOGS MUST HAVE AN APPROPRIATELY ATTACHED LEASH/COLLAR/HARNESS AND ALL CATS MUST BE IN CARRIERS. We will attach a second slip leash as a safety measure to prevent your dog from running away.
If your appointment is for wellness, please remain in your car as we will make every effort to complete services within the scheduled 30-minute timeframe. We will call you prior to returning your pet to you, to discuss our exam findings and to collect payment over the phone and then return your pet to you curbside.
Sick pets may need to stay with us for an extended time. Please anticipate that your doctor is going to recommend bloodwork/radiographs and a treatment plan. We will make every effort to be in close contact to discuss your pet as our exam findings and diagnostics unfold.
Please reach out by phone or email if you have any questions or wish to discuss these changes further.
We are hopeful that we can all stay healthy and safe as we navigate this crisis together.
