Let’s talk curb appeal!
Curb appeal is your home’s first impression. Whether you are looking to sell in the near future or just wanting to wanting to give your home a refresh, adding some curb appeal is a quick & inexpensive way to really improve the look of your home & even add to it’s value.
So what are a few easy projects to help boost that curb appeal?
1. Add some life & color! Some flower pots on the porch, window boxes, hanging planters or minimal seasonal decor can help with that.
2. Keep the yard in check! Trim back unruly bushes, pull weeds, mow the grass and rake up those leaves 🍂
3. Give your front door a refresh with a new coat of paint! This can make a big difference and clean up the look.
4. Give it a wash! Power wash your driveway, walkway & front porch! If you don’t own a power washer you can rent one from places like Lowe’s & Home Depot.
5. Make some small upgrades like a new mail box, exterior light fixtures & new house numbers! These small swaps can quickly modernize the look of your home.
