Claude Fortin MD, FAARFM, ABAARM is the medical director of Colorado Ageless
Institute. He relocated to Castle Rock, Colorado in 2016 in association with Neurology
of the Rockies LLC. For 30 years prior, he had been in private practice in Springfield,
Illinois (associated with the Springfield Clinic LLC) as well as Associate Professor of
Neurology at SIU Medical School.
He is board certified in Neurology, Clinical EEG, and Anti-Aging and Regenerative
Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative
Medicine, with Certification in peptide therapy by the American Academy of Anti-Aging
and Regenerative Medicine, as well as Certification in Age Management by the
Cenegenics Institute.
In addition to a general adult neurology practice, he has been actively treating patients
with a goal of hormone optimization for over 10 years including bio-identical hormone
replacement therapy (BHRT) in both men and women. He uses a functional medicine
approach to disease management and promotion of wellness via anti-aging strategies
incorporating nutrition, exercise, BHRT, and cutting edge peptide therapy.
He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and Psychiatry, American
Academy of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine, the International Peptide Society,
and Fellow of the American Academy of Restorative and Functional Medicine.
