Responsibilities:
Understand the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of the field technicians so as to dispatch field technicians in relation to the job opportunity and ability of the technician.
Provide all necessary information to field technicians.
On a weekly basis review technicians’ strengths with Management.
Input leads into the computer system and relaying information to system specialist as needed.
“Time Stamp” field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system; verify time cards.
Confirm technicians arrival prior to dispatch to ensure their presence and method of payment via phone, e-mail, or text.
Contact customers with a “Parts Pending” status as parts received.
Maintain Maintenance Agreements, including billing, scheduling, and hard files.
Update customer files as information is received from installation. (Extended Warranties, equipment info, new customers, birthday files)
Type Service contract proposals for new customers.
File work orders.
Prepare paperwork for all manufacturer warranty parts and labor claims.
Update service database from each service ticket.
