Stress isn’t always obvious – it can sometimes creep up on us in the form of headaches, stomach issues and trouble sleeping. Most recently, in addition to COVID, many of us are now stressing about the fires in the Sierras and worrying about family and our bad air quality.
We often hear to “take five minutes and breathe” to calm down – but some of us need something that is more realistic for our busy lifestyles.
Sherry Knott, Manager of Chaplain Services at Community Medical Centers, shares five unique things that we can do to help relieve some of this stress during these difficult times.
