CCS has been blessed once again . CCS was awarded the Post Construction Cleaning contract for the new Tru Hilton Hotel here in Jacksonville Fl . The general contractor is Stellar Construction in Jacksonville Fl. We began today on cleaning the exterior windows. We will be on this project for the next 4 to 6 weeks . Let’s roll team !
CCS was awarded the Post Construction Cleaning contract for the new 50,000 sq ft UF Health/YMCA in Yulee Fl. The project took 10 days to clean The crew did another outstanding job .
CCS finished up today on the Final Cleaning of the 67,000 sq United Airline Hanger /Office in Tampa FL after 7 days of hard work . I am so grateful and thankful for all the efforts and dedication the CCS team put into this project . It consisted of detail cleaning all the offices , break room , locker rooms and restrooms and waxing the floors .
The second phase was in Hanger .
We had to tape down and up 4 ml thick plastic 12 ft up the walls amd floors so that it would protect everything for a FIRE FOAM test .
After the test we had remove all of it and take to a dumpster . About 18 truck loads . Then the cleaning of walls and floors began in the hanger .

CCS was awarded the Post Construction Cleaning contract for United Airlines new 69,000 sq ft
Hanger /Offices in Tampa . We are doing this in two phases ; Phase 1) Office areas were done 3 weeks ago and now we are back now in Tampa Fl for a week cleaning the Hanger . A part of our contract was to put up on the walls 12 ft and cover the entire floor with plastic for a Fire Foam test the GC has to do before turning it over to the owner . We are putting it up today and removing it on Wednesday after testing and then begin the cleaning of the Hanger .
We will have a few men go up 80 ft to the ceiling and clean the Fire Diffusers after the test . Then a crew will be cleaning off all areas that has dust showing . Big Job and a lot work in hot conditions but we are blessed to have this job contracted to us by Haskell Construction .

The General Contractor is Scherer Construction out of Jacksonville Fl. The building will have Medical facilities for a Healthy Living Center ,Occupational Therapy , Physical Therapy , Speech Therapy and a YMCA with a running track on the second floor .

CCS just completed the final post construction cleaning for the new Ashley Street Lofts here in Jacksonville Fl . The general contractor is Shaycore Construction of Jacksonville Fl. This was the most unusual project we have been on . These lofts are metal shipping containers like you see on ships . Shaycore did a great job . These will be used as rental units and Airbnb units .
