A common question our customers have is "how long does it take to get my foundation repaired?"
There's a lot that goes into diagnosing the issue but, generally, it may take 3-4 days to repair the foundation damage of a house. However, the exact effort and time estimate can only be made after examining the damage. Once the damage is detected in the foundation, the following factors are considered while determining the time required for the repair.

Slab leaks are leaks from pipes that are under the concrete or encased in the concrete that a home or business rests on. Builders normally run piping for water and electrical piping through the slab foundation. This is convenient and can serve as a preventative from damage. However, the water pipes that are encased in a slab or under a slab can leak.
Slab leaks also increase the water bill and can do so tremendously depending on the size of the leak and the pipes that are leaking. The flowing water not only damages concrete but can damage flooring, tile, and carpet to the point that they must be replaced.
It is most often caused by factors including:
1. Drainage Line
2. Old Cast Iron Lines
3. Galvanized steel piping not properly insulated
4. Water leaking through the foundation
5. Acidic soil causing rust and corrosion on
plumbing pipes
6. High pH value of water
7. General wear and tear
