Dr. Gallman has been practicing family medicine for over 23 years. He earned his Doctorate in Osteopathy at The Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. This institution is a national leader among both allopathic (MD) and osteopathic (DO) medical schools for family physicians. He later achieved the distinction of becoming a Board Certified Family Physician. Additionally, he completed studies at the University of Texas at Austin earning a BBA and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston earning a BS/PA in Health Care Sciences. He continually updates his medical credentials and is an active member of the Texas Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society, and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, and Texas Osteopathic Medical Association. Minor Emergencies and Urgent Care Dr. Gallman is Emergency Room trained and we are equipped to care for most lacerations, contusions, sprains, burns, foreign body removal, eye injuries, toenail removal, and wart or skin lesion removal. Lab results are provided to our patients by phone in most cases the following day. Immediate results are available on in-office testing for strep, mono, flu, urinalysis, blood sugar, and pregnancy. We offer EKG screening, breathing treatments, several vaccines and drug screening.
