We take a very personal, client-focused approach to individualize our training packages. We use proven training techniques that most have never tried or that cannot be done in a traditional or "regular" gym setting. We will tell you why you're doing what you're doing as well as explain the fitness benefits. We have made our personal training, group training and classes affordable, simple and (believe it or not) fun to do! We provide small group classes for those who enjoy a more personalized environment.
