Crome Fitness offers 31 different workouts, utilizing different exercises and rep counts each day of the month. The entire body is trained each day, which is more effective than isolating muscle groups. Crome uses the following equipment: free weights, kettlebells, TRX, plyo boxes, power stands, exercise bands, pull up bars, parallel bars, plates and mats. Our programs are based on improving overall level of fitness – increasing lean muscle mass, decreasing bodyfat and improving athletic coordination. Exercises are based on general fitness or weight loss, not powerlifting or bodybuilding. In lieu of heavy weights, our Rx is optimized to maximize results and minimize injuries. Modifications for each exercise to accommodate every fitness level and limitation. Three intensity levels to maximize results and minimize damage to ligaments and joints.
