There are two new convenient ways to contact us: our new mobile app, and 1-to-1 texting!
Our mobile app is called Pet Health Network. And you can use it to request an appointment, view your pet’s prescription history and details, request prescription refills, and access information about our practice. To start using the app, download Pet Health Network from the App Store or get it on Google Play, then text us to request your personalized secure connection code.
Whether you have the mobile app or not, you can text us anytime at 804-369-8863. Please continue to call in when arriving for appointments. If you have an after hours emergency, please contact Dr Hazlegrove on the cell number provided to clients.

Update: Reward is offered for her safe return!!
Lucy is still missing! She was last seen on Germantown Road in Farmville, but this little girl is FAST. She could've put in some major distance. She is a recent rescue and a can be a little nervous. Please message me here or call/text 434-941-3005 if you have seen her or have her. I really appreciate everyone looking/sharing!
