I performed a Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation Procedure, in which I made a small incision in the top of her armpits then precisely placed the implants endoscopically (tiny camera) in the breast pocket. Note there are no scars on the breast. Just the small incision I made in the armpit.
