Dr. Willard is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College and a Philadelphia native. Following graduation from Jefferson, he completed internship and dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center / National Naval Medical Center in Washington DC and Bethesda, MD, where he was chief resident. He served as a dermatologist in the military and spent time in private practice before seeking further sub-specialty training in Mohs surgery.
