The idea began around a dining table in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2007. With the husband and wife team in search of healthy options to fit their busy schedule, and meet their health demands, the duo pioneered the marriage of convenience and health.
Eating out at traditional restaurants left them lethargic, with stomach aches or worse. They identified that low quality products, hidden ingredients, imbalance of calories and chemically made products contributed to these negative impacts in the body.
They envisioned a place that welcomed customers with all different definitions of health: Calorical, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, and allergies. Their vision included use of high-quality, nutritious products, cooked with healthy methods, in a convenient format.
After finding that only poor choices existed, they decided to take their nutritional and business experience, determination, hard-work ethic and style, and provide an option for the community by forging a new path in the quick serve restaurant sector.
