Reminder...the clinic will be closed from 11:30am Wednesday 9/9 through the end of the day Monday 9/14. Normal clinic hours will resume Tuesday 9/15.

Thursday 9/10 - CLOSED
Friday 9/11 - CLOSED
Monday 9/14 - CLOSED

Just a little healthy food tip for you all...if you spend a little bit of time on the weekend meal planning, washing and prepping your fresh produce, meals throughout the week are quick to prepare and so good for you! I soak all of my produce in a sink of vinegar and water for 10-20 minutes to help remove all that bad stuff we don’t want in our bodies. And the icing on the cake for me is a beautifully organized and colorful fridge!
I am so very thankful for all of my patients who continue to trust that I will deliver safe, effective care during this time of uncertainty in our world...one even brought me a beautiful Easter lily today and completely brightened my day! THANK YOU!!!
