Dr. Higgins has been practicing over 13 years and loves to help people heal naturally. She has experience helping people of various ages, but particularly loves seeing babies and kids. Her son Jameson has been getting his spine checked since birth and continues to be checked weekly at the age of 6.
When she's not at the clinic, you'll find Dr. Higgins actively engaged in the community and she was recently recognized for her engagement as the Hopkins Person of the Year for 2017 through the Hopkins Business Civic Association.
Her own introduction to chiropractic came after having ACL repair surgery. A friend recommended that she try chiropractic for her knee pain that she continued to have even after going through physical therapy. She was skeptical about trying chiropractic but after she pursued chiropractic care, it changed her life. She was inspired to learn more about chiropractic and ultimately decided to devote her life to helping people through the chiropractic profession along with her degree in occupational therapy.
