This is the vapor tax that Walz is proposing to the legislature, all while the House is planning on another attempt at a flavor ban. Contact your legislators and let them know how you feel about this!
Walz is proposing increasing business taxes from 9.8% to 11.25%, as well as a 95% tax increase on vaping products (we already pay 95% taxes on the wholesale side).
On top of this, vaping has recently been rolled into the PACT Act, requiring us to register with the ATF and any state we ship to. We're also required to pay the excise taxes for every state we do business in.
Our government is taxing us out of business. Please contact your Minnesota legislators and tell them NOT to support these tax increases!

Part of the reason for e-liquid prices in Minnesota is due to the 95% wholesale tax on products containing nicotine, but let me ask you this.... Do you want to pay even more?
HF991, introduced by Representative Paul Marquart (DFL) District: 04B, would impose a 35% RETAIL tax on all vape products (liquid and hardware), as well as "heat-not-burn" products like the Dynavap products we carry in the store.
