Elise McCormack-Granja, M.D., is an internal medicine physician with Baptist Health Primary Care physician, a part of Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 180 physicians in multiple specialties closely aligned with Baptist Health South Florida. She received her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, based in St. Maarten. Dr. McCormack-Granja was chief resident of internal medicine at Roger Williams Medical Center/Boston University School of Medicine in Providence, R.I., where she also won resident-of-the-year honors and was named teaching attending of the year for two consecutive years. She was the clinical site director for third-year clinical rotations and an instructor at the Boston University School of Medicine. She specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of health issues, including simple and complex health concerns, internal medicine, chronic disease management, minor emergencies and urgent care, and women's health issues.
