Dr. Nicholas Smith is a certified expert in the science of postural repair. He is one of two doctors in Montana to hold a certification in Chiropractic Biophysics which requires extensive post-doctorate training. Dr. Smith is in the process of attaining the very-rare Advanced CBP certification and will complete the process in October 2017.
CBP Technique emphasizes optimal posture and spinal alignment as the primary goals of chiropractic care while simultaneously documenting improvements in pain and functional based outcomes (See Figure 1).
